General

We are based in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

Yes, we document weddings all around Mexico (travel fees included in our travel packages) and around the world (travel fees will apply but we offer good deals on some destinations we like).
We also accept to do photo sessions in other locations, just let us know what you have in mind.

Yes, all the photos are processed with light and color corrections. “Beauty edits” are available at an extra fee per photo.

Yes, some of them do. In that case those fees are passed onto the clients.

We get asked this all the time and really, don’t worry!
We are a very experienced team, we have worked with hundreds of couples in the same situation as you. If you like our photos of them, you’ll like our photos of you we can promise you – We will get you relaxed in front of that camera and create some magic.

No, all the photos you receive will not contain any watermarks. We use watermark on our website and social networks to protect our content.

Taxes aren’t included and an additional 16% fee will apply in case or requesting a tax invoice.

Gratuity isn’t included nor required but always very appreciated.

Wedding

The sooner the better. If your wedding is on a Saturday, we strongly recommend to book with a year in advance. We don’t take bookings up than 2 years in advance.

Not Necessary. We almost always only meet our couples on their wedding day or rehearsal dinner. We are also available for videocalls.

So, you have chosen your wedding package and decided to book (yay!)

First, we will send you out your contract, listing our full terms and a breakdown of your wedding package.
We will then send out your invoice – requiring a 35% booking fee.
As soon as your contract is signed and the deposit is paid that is your date secured!

We ask our couples to provide us with a meal when hired for more than 5 hours (Yes, we are humans too). We don’t need to eat the same as you or your guests but having something simple prepared for us at the same time as you’ll eat is always very appreciated. It is very important to inform the caterer or the venue providing the meals that I should be served as early as possible, so that I finish my meal before the guests and can continue shooting when the speeches start for example. Your wedding planner will help you with that.

Depending on availability, you can upgrade your package at any time.

We completely understand! You want to enjoy your wedding day and be fully present, celebrating with your loved ones.

Formals – 20 minutes straight after your ceremony (depending on how many guests are attending). We have a process for formals that ensure they are done flawlessly.

Intimate session – The more time you can give us here, the better. Approximately 30-45 minutes will guarantee some amazing photos and footage.

Throughout the day, we may randomly pull you aside for a creative shot we have in mind but we won’t keep you too long we promise! It would have already been planned, set up and tested on our own team to ensure a minimum amount of time taken with the bride and groom.

Our galleries are mostly about storytelling – with a few big “wow” shots.

We love when our couples want to get involved and you have your own ideas.
This is one of the most important days of your lives and if you have a certain vision then please let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate.
Actually we have a special field for those requests in our pre-wedding questionnaire. Whatever your request – we can accommodate.

You’ll receive your photos in a maximum of 14 days after the wedding.

Because we deliver your photos in such a short amount of time, we won’t be able to send you sneak peaks before (It’s not “just” sending a few photos, there is a whole process behind it because we shoot digital negative files).

We deliver Highlight films and Full wedding films in a maximum of 60 days after the wedding.

We take a break when you and your guests sit down to eat your meal.
Who likes photos of themselves eating right?

We take advantage of it to eat as well and refuel for the last part of the night

Unedited images are not a full representation of our work. Although we can sell you all the RAWs of your wedding day for a flat rate.

The amount of photos you receive really depends on your wedding day.
We deliver a minimum of 50 photos/Hour but honestly, you’ll get much more than that.

You will receive every usable image.

Photo session

We mostly do 45 minutes photo sessions, which Is enough for us to create amazing images. If you feel like you’ll need more time, we are always open to discuss your needs and customize your photo session.

We always recommend to start either early morning, 9AM or before sunset. This way we avoid harsh sunlight and the heat.

Consider booking about 3-4 weeks in advance, and if you plan your vacation in December-January-July 6-8 weeks.

Yes, absolutely. Our pricing is time-based and you will be able to use as many outfits as you wish during that timeframe. You can always tell us your idea and we will gladly give you recommendations.

Just fill up the contact form, and I’ll get back to you. All we need then is a 50% booking fee. The balance is due at the end of the session, preferably in cash. (5% service fee will apply on Credit card payments or PayPal).

Being on time is really much appreciated, but if for any reason you are late we will be able to wait 15 minutes maximum with no additional fee.

After that, you’ll be charged a $50 USD fee.
If you are late more than 30 minutes, the photo session will be cancelled and the deposit will be lost.
